Shipping & pickup
Shipping rate
Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, with no minimum purchase and no free-shipping threshold. Local pickup is free. Shipping charges are separate from product discounts.
Order requests & fulfillment
Checkout submits an order request; no payment is collected automatically. We contact you to confirm availability, payment and fulfillment. Shipping starts after your order and payment are confirmed. Your dispatch and delivery estimate will be provided when we confirm your order; checkout does not guarantee a same-day dispatch or a delivery date.
Tracking & delivery
We send tracking information when your order ships. Carrier delivery estimates may change due to weekends, holidays, weather or other delays. Check your contact details and shipping address before submitting your request, and contact us promptly if something needs correcting.
Local pickup
Check if local pickup available. We contact you to arrange a pickup time. The pickup address and instructions are emailed privately when your order is ready; please wait for that email before coming to collect it.
