Returns & refunds
Final sale
To protect the integrity of research materials, confirmed purchases are final. We do not accept product returns or issue refunds for change of mind, regardless of delivery status. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law requires us to provide.
Order changes
If your order request has not yet been confirmed or paid, contact us promptly to request a correction or withdrawal. Once confirmed, order cancellations and modifications are not guaranteed. Do not send products back without contacting us first.
Shipment protection
Shipment protection is included at no additional charge. Eligible lost, damaged or stolen shipments are resolved by replacement of the affected items, not cash refunds, store credit or partial credit. We review claims and supporting documentation before approving a replacement.
Damaged or missing items
Report damaged products or items missing from a delivered package within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the products and packaging, and a full unboxing video. Keep the packaging and affected items while the claim is reviewed.
Packages marked delivered but missing
Check the delivery location and with household members or neighbors first. Report a suspected stolen package within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery. A police report or signed statement is required to support the claim.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, contact us within 15 days of the ship date so we can investigate with the carrier. Include your order number and tracking information.
Subscriptions
You may cancel future subscription renewals anytime using Cancel subscription in My account. Cancellation stops future requests but does not cancel, return or refund the original order or an order already confirmed. No automatic payments are currently collected.
